Joey Carbone 

With 15+ years of experience, Joey's journey began in the festival and theatre world as a performer, evolving into a seasoned choreographer and talent manager for all types of events.

Notable achievements include winning first place at the Australian Dance Awards, choreographing for Sydney Kings NBL halftime shows for three seasons, and have the pleasure of giving a TED talk.

With a laser-focused ambition, Joey is dedicated to training and empowering dancers and athletes to reach their highest potential, equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in the fiercely competitive industry. His mission extends beyond mere instruction; Joe is on a relentless quest to pave the way for aspiring performers by connecting them to coveted positions in live performances, TV, film, and coaching roles. Through his dynamic mentorship and unwavering determination, Joey elevates every individual under his wing, transforming raw talent into impactful success stories.

Creative Director

Faye Stott

Faye is a versatile performer originally from Manchester, UK, who relocated to Perth, WA at the age of 10. She began her training at Vanguard Performing Arts and quickly made a name for herself in the entertainment industry, performing in corporate events and musicals from a young age.

Her professional credits include starring in major productions with HAMA Productions, including Grease, Beauty and the Beast, Legally Blonde, The Wizard of Oz, and Fame. With a drive to further hone her skills, Faye moved to Sydney to train full-time at Village Nation, where she gained valuable experience through a range of projects.

Currently, Faye is touring internationally as a backup dancer with Bollywood superstar Anirudh Ravichander on his Hokum World Tour, taking her exceptional talent to global audiences.

Passionate about advancing the performing arts industry, Faye is dedicated to creating opportunities and striving for excellence for both herself & the performers she works with.
